What you’ll do

We are looking for an Intern with a strong potential to join our Milan team. This is not a short-term internship, it’s a chance to start your career and grow with us.
You’ll work alongside experienced professionals on high-impact projects, helping companies navigate urgent and complex situations. From analyzing corporate performance to building business models and identifying opportunities for growth, you’ll gain hands-on experience that matters.

• Support client teams in analyzing financial and operational performance

• Contribute to business modeling, cost reduction initiatives, and profitability improvements

• Collaborate in dynamic, high-stakes environments where your ideas make a difference

• Develop skills in problem-solving, communication, and client engagement

What you’ll need

• Master’s degree obtained or in progress (all coursework completed and thesis finalized), with strong evidence of academic success. Preferred fields: Business, Finance, Engineering (or equivalent).

• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; solid understanding of financial statements

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; SQL knowledge is a plus

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

• Excellent communication skills in English and Italian

• High energy, adaptability, and a proactive mindset
