Job Purpose

Marketing Planning & Strategy - Intern is a challenging role that provides an opportunity for you to grow our client’s businesses and get started with your e-commerce digital marketing journey. You will get to see the total picture of the e-commerce business, digital marketing media optimizing (Google, Facebook, CRM, SEO, Marketplaces media, etc.), and deliver beyond impressions and clicks and getting deep into anything that helps drive sales including promotion strategy or online store optimization. You get to also learn about digital marketing funnels, online sales funnel, and e-commerce industry process as a whole

Primary Role Responsibilities

• Be a part the of the client’s success team, responsible for overall client performance and satisfaction

• Help facilitate client roadmaps based on their objectives, backed by data or industry best practices

• Support to perform competitive analysis and product research to successfully grow client’s online store

• Help perform digital marketing funnel analysis

• Manage client expectations by clearly indicating deadlines and scope of work

Day-to-day Operations

• Monitor budget, performance, and key metrics closely throughout the month to achieve KPI

• Assist in follow up ads materials, check ads credit, create brief for the PPM team, and check up readiness of campaign set up.

• Provide performance reports by data and analyses, demonstrating deep understanding of each media channel and areas that clients need help in (ecommerce, lead generation or branding)

Qualifications and Experiences:

• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics as well as online marketing channels

• Analytical, able to work with data and analyze it to find insights and come up with next steps

• Good communication and presentation skill, able to keep every stakeholder aligned and updated

• Proactive, with the ability to work well independently and as a team
