JOB SUMMARY
CPPI is seeking a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support our Marketing team. This internship provides hands-on experience in a variety of marketing functions, including content creation, social media management, brand development, proposal support, and event coordination. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, or related field.
Strong interest in marketing, branding, and communications within the construction or professional services industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) preferred.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other design tools is a plus.
Creative, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with the development of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
Support social media planning, scheduling, and content creation.
Help maintain and update the company website and marketing databases.
Assist with proposal preparation and coordination.
Support planning and execution of events, career fairs, and community engagement initiatives.
Conduct market and competitor research as needed.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications.
Complete special projects and other duties as assigned by the Marketing team.
