Learning & Development:

• Assist in coordinating training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules.
• Maintaining and updated training and engagement records and updating the data for MIS & Dashboard purposes. 
• Support in preparing training materials, program invites, program 1-pagers, forms on MS teams, and attendance and feedback tracking.
• Research of new vendors/appropriate training programs for new program requirements and firming up their meetings etc..
• Supporting the team with execution of other L&D activities.

Employee Engagement, wellness & other people initiatives: -

• Help plan and execute employee engagement activities (e.g., team-building events, wellness programs as per MESA engagement calendar).
• Assist in creating internal communication content (e.g., newsletters, event invitations).
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure high participation and visibility of engagement programs.
• Supporting the team with execution of planned employee engagement and wellness activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Business, or related field (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to a team environment.

As an Intern in the Regional Learning & Development and Employee Engagement team, he/she shall support the planning, coordination, and execution of training programs and employee engagement initiatives across the MESA region as assigned. This role shall provide a hands-on experience in corporate HR functions, especially focussing on enhancing workforce skills and fostering a positive work culture though engaging employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
