Intern - Knowledge Management

We're seeking an entrepreneurial intern to codify our playbook for building early-stage healthcare companies. The role centres on capturing and structuring "tribal knowledge" across teams, transforming it into actionable, scalable guides.

Key Responsibilities

• Document and map existing processes across Go-To-Market, Research, and Product teams

• Conduct interviews with team members to surface deep insights

• Synthesize case-specific experiences into reusable frameworks and templates

• Write and design structured playbooks for company-wide use

• Pilot, test, and refine guides with internal teams to maximize value and clarity

Duration: 8 weeks

Location: Hybrid / In-office

Requirements:
• 3–4 years of professional experience (consulting, healthcare, venture experience preferred)

• Proven ability to structure frameworks and synthesize complex inputs

• Strong interviewing skills; able to distil practical insights from stakeholders

• Excellent writing skills (long-form documentation, structured guides)

• Familiarity with marketing/sales strategy (online & offline) and execution frameworks

• Entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration
