The Opportunity

• The HR intern will be spend 5 - 10 hours per week, working in the HRIS system to ensure that candidate profiles are up to date, and reviewing organization data to identify outliers in data structures. This is a fantastic role for anyone looking to learn the administrative structures within a start - up organization

What you’ll do

• Updating employee profile documents

• Review reports and identify outliers in data

• Compile HR metrics and prepare basic reports.

• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee information.

• Support the HR team on additional projects.

Physical Demands: Mostly sedentary work duties require exerting up to thirty pounds of force occasionally and/or small amounts of force frequently. Sedentary work typically involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods.

Hourly pay range
$21—$21 USD
