Intern, Fiscal Integration (Business Analyst)

To support our Fiscal Integrations team, we’re looking for a dynamic and challenging Fiscal Integrations Intern in Katowice to assist in making sure our customers can operate legally and reliably worldwide. 

What you will do: 

• Learn the practical aspects of our platform and fiscal integration 
• Guide process improvements from concept to implementation and support 
• Design solutions that meet legal requirements and serve user experience 
• Contribute to the automation of our processes starting with configuration to testing new fiscal environments 
• Work with state-of-the-art AI models to design tools for general stability of our fiscal solutions and organisation 

What are we looking for 

• Ability to learn quickly and formulate logically-sound arguments 
• Fluency in English, willingness to ask questions, discuss findings and expand own dictionary 
• Willingness to grow and learn to take on more responsibility and advance in the organization by leading our fiscal & legal implementations 
• Creativity and out of the box thinking for problem solving 
• Ability to stay focused and switch to deep work in a multi-tasked and fast-paced environment 
• Ability to create clear and meaningful documentation of requirements and implemented features 

Nice to have skills 

• Ability to use BPMN and UML (or equivalent) frameworks to build self-explanatory diagrams 
• Experience as a Business Analyst in work with distributed system architecture 
• Experience as a Business Analyst in the hospitality IT
