We’re looking for a proactive, analytical mind to become part of our collaborative team. Work directly with the Director of Production Europe and contribute to big-picture initiatives affecting 1000+ colleagues.

• Support the strategic and operational planning of production processes across 12 European centers, impacting over 1000 colleagues.
• Extend, improve, and maintain our production models and reporting landscape.
• Analyze data, identify opportunities, develop actionable plans, and drive initiatives with stakeholders across Europe.
• Estimate and present the financial effects of new projects and strategies.
• You are a student or recent graduate in Business, Economics, Finance, or another relevant field.
• You have an analytical mindset and excellent Excel skills; SQL knowledge is a plus.
• You’re not just into numbers, you also enjoy collaborating, presenting findings, and communicating openly.
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
