The Job: Co-op Student – End User Support (IT)

We’re looking for a Co-op Student to join our End User Support team and gain hands-on experience supporting IT operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for students who are eager to build practical technical skills while contributing to the day-to-day support of end users and systems.

What You’ll Do

End User Support

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and peripherals

• Troubleshoot common technical issues and support end users across the organization

Device Setup & Configuration

• Assist with setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices

• Support onboarding of new devices and users

Microsoft 365 Support

• Provide support for Microsoft 365 tools including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint

• Help resolve user issues related to collaboration tools

Device Deployment & Inventory

• Support device imaging, deployment, refurbishment, and asset tracking

• Maintain accurate inventory records

On-site IT Support

• Assist with meeting room setups, including A/V and conferencing tools

• Provide on-site technical support during meetings and events

What You’ll Bring to the Table

• Strong interest in IT systems, infrastructure, or technical support

• Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and common applications

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 tools

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a team environment

• Ability to troubleshoot problems and provide practical solutions

Education + Experience

• Currently enrolled in 2nd or 3rd year of a university program in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• Previous exposure to IT support or technical environments is an asset but not required
