Intern, Data Analytics - Quick Commerce (DMarts)

We are on the lookout for an Intern, Data Analyst to join the Central Quick Commerce Dmart Analytics team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. 

Be part of redefining how customers experience quick commerce. You’ll help build technology that scales our quick commerce offerings, reaching new market segments and driving revenue growth. By innovating within our Quick Commerce Team, you’ll make Delivery Hero the go-to platform for a broad range of products, helping us grow faster and deliver more value to customers around the world.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Ticket Resolution & Bug Support: Act as the first line of defense for data-related inquiries. You’ll investigate data anomalies and fix logic errors in our tables

• SQL Development: Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries to extract data from various internal databases.

• Build Dashboard: Design and build intuitive visualizations (using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) that help departments track their metric performance

• Stakeholder Partnership: Interact with business teams to understand their questions and turn them into clear, data-driven answers.

• You have strong SQL skills and can work with big volumes of data, plus have experience in creating dashboards via business intelligence tools 
• You have a curious and analytical mindset, you enjoy analyzing data and solving problems

• Ability to build relationships and communicate technical concepts in simple terms

• You have proficient in English,  both written and spoken

• You have completed a Bachelor degree

Nice to have:

• Experience in management consulting or strategic / project management roles

• Experience in marketplace, e-commerce, or retail 

• You have completed a Master’s program
