Job Title: Data Analysis Intern
Responsibilities:
Business Data Support: Collaborate with core business lines such as platform, card spending, and acquiring. Respond to daily data extraction requests from product, operations, and risk teams to provide data support for business decision-making.
Reports & Dashboards: Maintain and iterate core business monitoring reports (e.g., DAU, authorization success rate, retention rate). Use BI tools to build automated visualization dashboards for anomaly detection and early warning of business metrics.
Specialized Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior paths. Perform thematic studies on user churn, conversion funnels, and campaign effectiveness, delivering actionable business insights.
Model & Strategy Support: Assist data scientists or strategy analysts with feature engineering, A/B test design, and performance evaluation. Participate in post-analysis and optimization of marketing campaigns or user growth strategies.
Data Governance: Help organize data tracking documentation, validate data reporting accuracy, and ensure the integrity of underlying data assets.
Requirements:
Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or above in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Financial Engineering, Economics, or related fields. Candidates from top universities (985/211 in China or globally renowned institutions) are preferred.
Technical Skills:
SQL: Proficient in SQL, capable of writing complex queries (multi-table joins, window functions).
Python/R: Familiar with Python data analysis libraries (Pandas, NumPy) or R; experience in data cleaning and basic modeling is a plus.
BI Tools: Skilled in at least one visualization tool such as Tableau, Power BI, or QuickBI.
Office Tools: Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, functions, charts).
Soft Skills: Strong logical thinking, high data sensitivity, excellent communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
Internship experience in data analysis at leading internet companies or financial institutions (banks, consumer finance, fintech).
Ability to leverage AI tools to improve efficiency.
