About the role: 

This internship gives you the opportunity to actively shape how automation is done within our Data & AI department and to see the direct impact of your work across the organization. You’ll work closely with experienced data and automation experts and gain hands-on exposure to real-world process optimization in a fast-growing tech-driven environment. You will learn about the Databricks platform, including its setup, configuration, and day-to-day operational tasks. You will coordinate with users, Platform Engineers, and Governance experts to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and support optimization efforts.

About the tech stack: 

Python, scripting and Jira automation technologies, data pipeline tooling, APIs, workflow automation solutions, Databricks, Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence), Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Purview 

About your tasks: 

• Support & automate manual ticket handling processes and help transform repetitive tasks into efficient, scalable workflows.

• Work on process automation initiatives, from idea to implementation, within the Data & AI department.

• Streamline and document processes, creating clear best practices that can be reused across teams.

• Collaborate with data, AI, and business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities with real impact.

About you: 

• You are currently enrolled in a Master’s degree in a technical field (e.g. Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering or similar).

• You enjoy analyzing processes and are motivated to improve them through automation.

• You have hands-on experience with programming (familiarity with JQL, Python, or PowerShell is a plus) and are curious about other scripting or automation technologies.

• You like to work collaboratively and don’t enjoy solving technical challenges on your own.
