• Actualizar el manual de prospectiva para proveedores, usando ejemplos gráficos y una estructura sencilla que permita al usuario encontrar con facilidad lo que necesita.
• Capacitar a proveedores nuevos y ya existentes sobre esta actualización y sobre los procesos en general del departamento, con la finalidad de evitar y disminuir errores en la carga de facturas y retrasar el proceso de pagos.

• Estudiantes activos de Contabilidad, Administración o a fin.
• Disponibilidad de horario matutino.
• Conocimientos técnicos y metodológicos: principios básicos de contabilidad.
• Herramientas: Microsoft Office, conocimiento deseable en SAP.
• Inglés: básico.
• Habilidades: facilidad de palabra, sociable, proactivo.
