Position Overview:

Arrow McLaren is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Partnerships Intern to join our team for the spring of 2026 (March – May). This isn't just a desk job; you will be at the heart of the "Month of May," getting a behind-the-scenes look at how a world-class racing team operates during the biggest spectacle in racing.

As an intern, you will play a key role in bringing Indy 500 partnerships to life while gaining invaluable experience in sports marketing, high-stakes event activation, and professional relationship management.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of partner events, hospitality suites, and garage tours during the Month of May

• Support the partnerships team in managing day-to-day communications with world-class brands to ensure all sponsorship deliverables are met

• Assist with the logistics of partner assets, including branded merchandise, credentials and VIP experiences

• Support the sales team by researching potential new partners and industry trends within the motorsports landscape

• Support the development and maintenance of partner-related materials, including presentations, proposal and recaps

• Support partnerships department with Salesforce CRM Sales updates

• Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, communications and operations to ensure successful partnership fulfillment

• Attend client meetings with department representatives as requested

• Attend and participate in weekly departmental marketing meetings as needed

• Provide general administrative support to the Corporate Partnerships team including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and maintaining records
