The impact you will make

In this role, you will help amplify Marvel Fusion’s voice in public, political, and industry conversations about the future of fusion energy. Through strong writing, research, policy monitoring, and coordinated communication across digital, internal, and external channels, you will contribute to clear messaging and meaningful stakeholder engagement. Your work will support press activities, public affairs outreach, and internal alignment helping ensure that key audiences—from government to industry partners—understand Marvel Fusion’s mission, priorities, and strategic relevance. In doing so, you will play a valuable part in advancing corporate visibility and strengthening the company’s impact globally.

Your responsibilities

• Content creation for all channels, including corporate website

• Draft press releases, statements, and communication briefs

• Manage and support content planning for the corporate LinkedIn account (and other social media as needed)

• Support Internal Communications strategy and execution

• Assist with stakeholder management & CRM systems

• Support Corporate Affairs operations, including:

• Stakeholder mapping

• CRM data maintenance

• Monitoring & reporting

• Research & analysis

• Calendar of activities & initiatives

• Policy tracking

• Messaging materials (messaging bible, talking points)

• Support for regulatory/lobby registers

• For this position, you will be available for a duration of at least 6 months

What you bring

• Bachelor’s (3rd year and above) or Master’s student in Communications, Economics, Law, Political Science, or a related field

• Ability to fluently speak and write in both English & German

• Strong writing ability and interest in public affairs or corporate communications

• Exceptional work ethic and a deep sense of accountability

• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
