ABOUT OUR CONSTRUCTION QUANTUM TEAM

Whether it’s to prevent or prepare for potential project complications before they begin, manage and mitigate risk on an ongoing project, or resolve disputes rooted in issues from the past, Secretariat experts understand the complexities that can result in delays and the impact of unanticipated costs. Our forensic accountants, engineers, project managers, architects, schedulers, and industry specialists are experts in the valuation of construction works of all types and have experience handling projects in every corner of the world.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting our team who are primarily quantity surveyors acting as Quantum experts on construction disputes

• Assisting in data research and analysis in drafting expert reports

• Assisting in analysis or preparation of claims

• Administrative duties to support the team

Requirements:

• Currently in penultimate or final year of a Degree in Engineering, Construction or Quantity Surveying

• Strong skills using relevant software tools: MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).

• Able to adapt to a dynamic consultancy environment.

• Able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Any exposure to construction or engineering terms and concepts will be considered an advantage, but not required.
