• Be the Master of our Digital Shelves: You will take charge of managing product listings, ensuring everything from a fresh avocado to the latest snack trend is accurately and attractively presented in our app.
• Drive Excitement with Deals: You'll be at the heart of our commercial strategy by supporting the setup and management of weekly promotions, special deals, and partner campaigns that delight our customers.
• Shape the In-App Experience: Collaborate with the team on content planning for the Flink app, helping to decide which products get the spotlight and ensuring our categories are intuitive and easy to navigate.
• Become a Data-Driven Pro: You'll support the team with various operational tasks, learning how data informs decisions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, ideally with a focus on Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• You have a solid grasp of basic economic and business principles. You understand concepts like supply & demand, pricing, and the importance of a great product assortment.
• You possess a keen eye for detail and a structured approach to your work. You believe that getting the small things right leads to big results.
• You have a proactive, hands-on mentality. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are excited by the prospect of learning quickly and taking on responsibility.
• You are a great communicator, fluent in English, and enjoy working collaboratively within a team.
• Basic design skills (e.g. Photoshop or similar tools) are a plus
