Core Responsibilities
Administer and support internal business systems to ensure smooth and reliable operations.
Manage user access across systems, including password resets, role assignments, and periodic access reviews/audits.
Handle user account lifecycle management (provisioning, de-provisioning, and access modifications) in line with security and compliance standards.
Monitor system usage and enforce organizational IT and security policies through proper governance controls.
Manage and resolve support requests using Freshdesk, ensuring timely response and resolution within defined SLAs.
Act as the first point of contact for system-related issues, providing effective troubleshooting and user support.
Coordinate with global users to resolve access issues, login problems, and system-related queries efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of requests, resolutions, and system changes for audit and reporting purposes.
Qualifications & Experience
Currently pursuing or completed a Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Familiarity with ERP and order management systems such as NetSuite and Order Desk is an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines with accuracy.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset.
