Key Responsibilities
Work on 24/5 operations, including local holidays and weekends. Roster basis shifts will be allocated. (Morning [4.30am -12.30pm] / Day [11.00am – 8.00pm] / Night [7.30pm – 4.30am]).
Work with international clients and the internal development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues in the VitalHub product suites.
Ensure compliance for given SLAs and OLAs.
Qualifications & Experience
Undergraduate in Computer Science, IT or equivalent qualification.
Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and negotiation skills with ability to converse with clients in other countries.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with ability to troubleshoot issues on the applications and their environments.
Possess relevant computer literacy.
Knowledge with SQL is an added advantage.
Ability to work independently with an open and flexible mindset.
