Intern - AI Strategy Consultant

What you'll do:
• Research AI trends, technologies and market signals and together with our team synthesize your findings to put them into our clients’ contexts
• Identify valuable AI use cases with our clients using our structured framework
• Support AI roadmap development, including prioritization, sequencing, and success metrics
• Assist in building business cases: ROI logic, cost drivers, operational impact, and adoption considerations
• Help create client-ready materials (strategy decks, one-pagers, executive summaries) with clear narratives, calls-to-action, and visuals
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate strategy into requirements (data needs, workflow design, evaluation approach)
• Contribute to responsible AI planning (risk assessment, governance, privacy/security considerations, model evaluation)
• Identify and realize AI optimization potentials within WaveSix, and build AI agents that that help us scale the business efficiently and forward-thinking

What you bring:
• Completed Bachelor Degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science or related field
• “Hacker Mentality”: You don’t just wait for tasks to be handed to you - you identify problems or opportunities and prototype fast to test your ideas
• First work experience (full time, working student or internship) in high-pace environments, preferably consulting
• Strong interest in AI and the latest technology developments
• Familiarity with (Gen)AI & Machine Learning (you don’t need to train AI models, but you should understand what’s possible)
• Exposure (professionally or privately) to LLMs (e.g. prompting, development of agents and workflow automations)
• Willingness to work within a multidisciplinary and entrepreneurial team
