What You'll Do?

• Prototype and launch AI-powered workflows to build solutions for content customization, audience targeting, and performance analysis.

• Develop basic automation scripts using Python, JavaScript, or similar languages to address everyday marketing challenges.

• Act as an internal multiplier, sharing tools, playbooks, and internal agents that help growth marketing teams move faster.

• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to help build and enhance internal marketing systems.

• Take ownership of small projects end-to-end - from idea to execution.

What We’re Looking For?

• Intermediate skills in SQL, Python or JavaScript.

• Hands-on experience using Generative AI APIs to build small tools or projects. Should be able to leverage APIs, webhooks, and LLMs.

• Good communication skills - able to explain technical ideas in simple terms.

• Interested in growth marketing domains.
