Job Description
The Crane Resort is seeking highly motivated individuals enrolled in an undergraduate degree programme to provide clerical, administrative and data-entry support for specific departments. We are currently seeking to place one intern in each of the departments listed below:
Accounts
Information Technology

Accounts Internship
Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform accurate and timely data entry to support departmental operations.
Assist with account reconciliations and review of financial records.
Suppport small projects under teh guidance of department leaders.
Learn and explore how tools like Microsoft Co-Pilot can improve business processes.
Provide general administrative support on a variety of administrative and operational projects as needed.
Collaborate with department team members, and provide office support as needed.
Maintai confidentiality and adhere to company data security policies.
Qualifications:
Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree programme
Good computer skills with strong working knowledge of Ms Word and Excel
Basic knowledge of office procedures
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Adaptable and willing to learn new skills and procedures as needed
Ability to work independently
Highly attentive to detail

Information Technology Internship
Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide general support for day-to-day departmental activities.
Assist staff and guest with connecting to Wi-Fi and troubleshooting common connectivity issues.
Provide basic support for printer set up, driver installation, and print queue management.
Respond to IT support requests via walk-ins, phone, or email.
Help maintain and organise teh IT helpdesk system.
Set up company devices and network connections for stfaf and guest use.
Perorm routine checks on shared IT equipment to ensure functionality.
Collaborate with department team members, and provide office support as needed.
Qualifications:
Completion of at least one year of undergraduate study in computer science or a related field
Basic computer and networking knowledge, as well as office procedures
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Adaptable and willing to learn new skills and procedures as needed
Ability to work independently and with a team
Highly attentive to detail
