OVERVIEW

Morning Brew Inc. is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Account Operations Intern who will assist across both Client Activation and Account Management. They will support advertiser's integrated marketing campaigns against the business, and support across pre-strategy and post-sale execution.

Our summer internship position is a part-time role based in our New York office.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

-Support the Account Manager teams with pre-sale media planning and strategy based on partner KPIs, budget, timing, and capabilities

-Assist with onboarding new advertising partners, supporting documentation logistics, OMS booking, and campaign kickoff facilitation

-Support reporting and insights efforts-learning 1P reporting platforms, interpreting campaign data, and contributing to recap reports

-Update and maintain team trackers, indexes, shared documents, and project management systems with regular audits

-Help build and maintain campaign production timelines, communicating updates with internal teams in both written and verbal formats

-Support the business by maintaining operational systems such as Monday.com and Placements.Io

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

-A current junior or senior enrolled in a relevant degree program

-A collaborative mindset and passion for the "team win" and achieving success alongside the people around you

-Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills

-A pragmatic, enthusiastic, and empathetic attitude

-Self-starter who thrives in both independent and collaborative work in a fast-paced environment

-Passionate about Morning Brew Inc. and the work we do

BONUS POINTS

-Familiarity with Google Drive, and Keynote

-Experience with project management tolls like Monday.com

-Exposure to video, audio, or branded content production

-Understanding of digital media, publishing, or advertising

Morning Brew Inc. was founded in 2015 by two entrepreneurial college students who noticed their peers were not consuming legacy media resources about business and finance news, but had a high desire to learn about those topics. What started as a small on-campus email has since evolved into a multi-channel media company that operates 20+ unique content franchises. All while maintaining our witty, honest and engaging tone that millions of loyal MBI audience members rely upon daily to better navigate the world.

In 2020 a majority stake in MBI was acquired by Axel Springer SE and in February 2025 that position was increased to full ownership of the business.
