Our Values
We stick together | We do the right thing | We are all entrepreneurs | We are Product obsessed | We tell it like it is | We’ve got our customer’s back.
The Role
We're hiring an Intermediate Packaging Graphic Designer (Print and Packaging) to join our creative team and own the end-to-end design and production of packaging, retail marketing assets, and sales materials. This is a new role and a unique opportunity to shape how Canada Pooch shows up in physical retail across the continent.
This is a hybrid role with at least one day per week in our Toronto office — ideal for a GTA-based designer who wants flexibility without losing the energy of an in-person creative team. You'll lead projects from creative brief to press-ready files, working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Manufacturing to support launches, retail partnerships, and seasonal campaigns. You'll be responsible for packaging systems that work across 50+ SKUs, retail point-of-purchase displays, sell sheets, tradeshow materials, and retailer-specific creative adaptations.
If you're a designer who loves dielines, print production, and seeing your work on shelves — this role is for you.

Ensure all imagery meets print reproduction standards and brand colour consistency
Collaborate with photographers and retouchers to optimize assets for both print and digital us
Retail Marketing & Sales Materials
Design seasonal lookbooks, sell sheets, retail toolkits, point-of-purchase displays, and tradeshow booth materials
Support retailer-specific assets and campaign adaptations while maintaining Canada Pooch brand standards
Support custom requests from retail partners (e.g. endcap displays, category signage, promotional materials)
Help elevate how the brand is experienced in retail environments across North America
Project Management & Collaboration
Manage multiple packaging and retail projects simultaneously with strong attention to timelines and deliverables
Take ownership of projects from brief to execution with minimal oversight
Work closely with the Senior Art Director and broader Marketing team on integrated campaigns
