Interior/Exterior Renderer

We are looking for a skilled Interior/Exterior Renderer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, capable of producing high-quality renderings for both interiors and exteriors, while ensuring quick turnaround times. You should be able to model furniture and fixtures accurately and communicate effectively with the team during our working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

-Create realistic and detailed renderings for both interior and exterior projects.

-Model furniture, fixtures, and architectural elements as needed.

-Collaborate with team members and communicate efficiently to meet project deadlines.

-Ensure all work aligns with client specifications and expectations.

-Manage time effectively to deliver projects within tight timelines.

Requirements:
-Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3DS Max, SketchUp, and rendering software.

-Strong communication skills with proficiency in English.

-Experience modeling furniture and fixtures.

-Ability to work during our office hours and meet project deadlines.

-A quick turnaround on assigned tasks.

Preferred Skills:

-Attention to detail and accuracy in rendering.

-Ability to work collaboratively and independently when necessary.

Working Schedule

-Work full-time from 9 AM - 5 PM EST (9pm-5am PH Time)
