Interior Designer / Graphic Designer (AutoCAD & Illustrator) – Full-Time

 

Outbox SARL is looking for a versatile and detail-oriented Interior Designer with Graphic Design skills (or vice versa) to manage customer projects from concept to production. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both creative design and project coordination.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and visualize customer projects using AutoCAD.

• Design new metal wall art and furniture concepts using Illustrator.

• Oversee project timelines, track orders, and ensure smooth coordination with the factory.

• Communicate with production teams to guarantee accurate execution of designs.

• Maintain direct contact with customers, providing updates and ensuring their vision is met.

• Follow up with clients throughout the progress of their order (customer service).

• Coordinate with suppliers to source the right materials for each project.

 

This role requires a blend of creativity, organization, and communication skills to ensure every project meets client expectations while maintaining Outbox’s design excellence. If you have a passion for interior design, metalwork, and digital creativity, we’d love to hear from you!

Education & Experience:

• Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Graphic Design, Architecture, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in interior design, graphic design, or product design.

• Experience in furniture design, metalwork, or custom interior projects is a plus.

 

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (for drafting floor plans, furniture designs, and customer projects).

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (for creating metal wall art and product designs).

• Knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, or other design tools is a plus.

• Ability to interpret customer requests and translate them into accurate designs.

 

Project Management & Communication:

• Strong organizational skills to track multiple orders and projects.

• Experience in customer service and ability to follow up with clients.

• Ability to coordinate with suppliers to source materials and ensure quality production.

• Strong attention to detail to ensure that designs are accurately produced by the factory.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
