Job Description: We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer with strong skills in 3D modeling and drafting for construction details. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating innovative and functional interior designs, developing detailed construction drawings, and utilizing 3D modeling software to visualize and present design concepts. This role requires a keen eye for aesthetics, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute interior design concepts that meet client requirements and project goals.
• Create detailed construction drawings and plans, including floor plans, elevations, and sections.
• Utilize 3D modeling software to create realistic visualizations of design concepts and presentations.
• Select and specify materials, finishes, furnishings, and fixtures for interior spaces.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design integrity and project feasibility.
• Conduct site visits to ensure designs are being implemented according to plans and standards.
• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technology advancements.
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients, addressing feedback and making necessary adjustments.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
• Maintain organized records of design documents, drawings, and project correspondence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience in interior design with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max.
• Strong drafting skills and experience with CAD software, such as AutoCAD.
• Excellent understanding of construction details and building codes.
• Creative and innovative design approach with a strong sense of aesthetics.
• Ability to interpret and translate client requirements into functional and attractive designs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in design documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently manage projects.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with project management and coordination.
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles and practices.
• Familiarity with virtual reality (VR) tools for immersive design presentations.
