Job Description

RemoteVA seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Interior Design Draftsman to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in design software, experience with various design plans, and excellent organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Design Software: Create detailed spec sheets and plans using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Experience with RCP Plans: Draft reflected ceiling plans (RCPs) detailing the ceiling elements of a design.
• Furniture Planning Skills: Develop comprehensive furniture plans, including layouts and specifications.
• Wall Decoration and Detailing: Design wall decorations and provide detailed sections and elevations.
• Knowledge of Schedules: Create schedules listing the quantities, finishes, and other attributes of design elements.

Requirements:
• Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Proven experience drafting reflected ceiling plans (RCPs).
• Ability to create detailed and comprehensive furniture plans.
