Our Marketing Analytics team sits at the heart of HelloFresh Benelux, turning data into the decisions that drive how we grow, retain, and delight our customers. We're looking for a Marketing Analyst to join us on an interim basis, covering a maternity leave.

Reporting to the Team Lead of Marketing Analytics at Benelux, you'll help our marketing teams understand what's working, what isn't, and where the biggest opportunities lie across customer acquisition, reactivation, and campaign performance. You'll have real influence on strategic decisions made by stakeholders. If you thrive at the intersection of data, business, and storytelling, this role was made for you.

What you’ll do: The Recipe

• Uncover and communicate insights across customer acquisition, reactivation, and campaign performance to help our Marketing teams make smarter, faster decisions

• Translate business questions into structured analyses — partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders to frame problems clearly and deliver findings that actually move the needle

• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and AB test frameworks that give our teams ongoing visibility into what's performing and why

• Deep-dive into pricing and discount dynamics to understand their impact on customer behaviour, retention, and profitability — and surface concrete recommendations for improvement

• Present your work to stakeholders of varying seniority, including domain leads, in a clear and compelling way that bridges data and business implications

• Champion analytical best practices within the team by sharing knowledge, contributing to tooling and documentation, and helping grow our collective capabilities

What you’ll bring: The Ingredients

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics or marketing analytics, ideally in a consumer-facing or fast-moving environment (e.g. scale-up, consultancy, or data-driven corporate)

• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with Python for data manipulation and analysis

• Proven ability to structure analyses end-to-end — from scoping a business problem to delivering a clear, actionable recommendation

• Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Google Looker Studio, and comfort working with statistical methods like regression modelling or AB testing

• A collaborative, communicative working style — you're comfortable working independently but know how to bring people along, including when working across local and global teams

• This role is offered on a freelance basis; standard employee benefits do not apply.

• All costs and expenses (including travel or commuting) must be included in the proposed hourly rate. Hourly rates should be communicated excluding VAT.

• All contingent workers engaged by HelloFresh must hold valid professional liability insurance that is valid in the Netherlands. If we decide to move forward together and you are not yet insured, you will be required to arrange this insurance before starting the assignment.
