Job Description

Voor een organisatie in beweging zoeken we een HR Manager die direct impact maakt.

Je brengt rust en structuur in de HR-afdeling, bent sparringpartner voor directie en managers en begeleidt een HR collega. Tegelijk pak je zelf door op alles wat speelt, van contracten en verzuim tot lopende projecten.

Als 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐦 𝗛𝗥 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 houd jij je o.a. bezig met:
• het optreden als senior HR adviseur en sparringpartner voor management;
• het begeleiden van verandertrajecten en implementeren van een functiehuis;
• het oppakken van contracten, verzuim, arbeidsrechtelijke kwesties en werving;
• het brengen van structuur en het afronden van wat blijft liggen;
• schakelen in een dynamische omgeving waar geen dag hetzelfde is.

Wat we zoeken:
• ervaring als HR adviseur of HR manager;
• hands-on mentaliteit, je pakt op en maakt af;
• affiniteit met de hospitality branche;
