Doel van de functie:

Als Interim Claims Handler (0,8- 1 fte) ben je verantwoordelijk voor het managen en de afhandeling van claims en breng je structuur aan in de claims processen binnen een uitdagende, internationale en dynamische omgeving.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het:

• Zelfstandig administreren, analyseren en afhandelen van claims met betrekking tot assets en goederen;

• Communiceren met interne en externe stakeholders, zoals advocaten, leveranciers, klanten en verzekeringsmaatschappijen;

• Zorgdragen voor en onderhouden van een nauwkeurige documentatie van alle claimdossiers;

• Afstemmen van juridisch complexe dossiers met interne en externe juristen;

• Adviseren en ondersteunen bij onderhandelingen over claims en waar nodig opzoek gaan naar oplossingen om geschillen op te lossen;

• Toezicht houden op trends in claims en doen van aanbevelingen ter verbetering van processen.
