Job Title: Business Analyst – IAM Transformation

Location: Amsterdam

Engagement: Full-time, 5 days a week

Contract duration: Until 31 December 2026

Start date: To be agreed

What we’re are looking for:

We are currently looking for a Business Analyst to join the European team within a large-scale Identity & Access Management Transformation Program at a major international retailer. You'll play a key role in structuring, documenting, and aligning the activities needed to hit critical program milestones across multiple regions and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate program roadmap milestones into structured activity breakdowns across Technology, Process, Communication, and Target Operating Model (TOM) dimensions

• Coordinate and consolidate inputs from regional enablement teams and enterprise platform teams, assigning responsibilities and due dates

• Convert milestone activity breakdowns into Jira structures (Features, Epics, Stories) aligned with PI planning cycles

• Support documentation of current state (IST) and future state (SOLL) processes, including delta analyses across IAM workstreams

• Contribute to Organizational Change Management (OCM) documentation and structured communication materials

Experience & Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field

• 3–5 years' experience as a Business Analyst in IT programs or transformation initiatives

• Experience in complex enterprise IT environments or large-scale transformation programs

• Hands-on experience with Jira or similar planning tools

• Strong analytical, structuring, and stakeholder communication skills

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

• Bonus: experience in IAM programs, Agile/PI planning environments, or OCM activities
