The Integrated Campaign Manager is a mission-critical role at Moss.

You will be the engine behind high-impact campaign execution across priority segments and strategic accounts. This role is for an execution leader who turns strategy into measurable revenue — accelerating pipeline, driving customer acquisition, and strengthening Moss’s position as the FinTech shaping the future of spend management.

Your responsibilities

• Design and execute integrated campaign strategies that drive pipeline and customer growth across priority account segments and broader demand generation programs

• Plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns across email, digital, content, events, and partner initiatives for both targeted accounts and scaled audiences

• Own end-to-end campaign project management, including timelines, budgets, and external partners, ensuring flawless delivery on time and on scope

• Partner closely with commercial teams to identify, prioritise, and segment high-potential accounts, aligning messaging and enabling strong, timely follow-up

• Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance and ROI, continuously optimising based on data-driven insights

About you

• 4–6 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with a strong track record of hands-on execution across integrated and account-based campaigns

• Comfortable with core marketing and CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce and Intercom

• Experience in account-based marketing at a SaaS company targeting SMEs or mid-market clients

Execution Leader – You excel at managing complex, multi-channel campaigns end to end. With strong project management skills, you keep timelines, stakeholders, and priorities aligned while running multiple campaigns in parallel.

Clear Communicator – You craft and adapt compelling messaging across channels and account segments. Your strong written and verbal communication ensures consistency, clarity, and relevance for both targeted accounts and scaled audiences.

Growth Mindset – You are proactive, adaptable, and always looking for ways to improve. You embrace experimentation, learn from results, and continuously refine campaigns to support growth and long-term impact.
