Job Description

The purpose of this role is to serve as the operational and strategic link between Quantum-Systems GmbH and our Ukrainian entity. You will ensure smooth material flows, transparent information exchange, and clear alignment of requirements and priorities across both organizations.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Ensure efficient material flow between Germany and Ukraine.

• Coordinate closely with Production, Supply Chain, and Logistics to secure delivery dates and capacities.

• Work directly with the Ukrainian entity to define, clarify, and prioritize operational needs.

• Further develop and standardize Operations processes within the intercompany context.

• Act as the primary communication interface and representative of the Ukrainian entity within the German organization.

• Support key projects contributing to the sustainable development of the Quantum-Systems Group in an international environment.

• Travel regularly between Germany and Ukraine to maintain alignment, transparency, and effective collaboration.
