Responsibilities-
• Perform impact analysis, identify key changes/issues, and perform testing.
• Facilitate discussions with business to understand requirements, drive key decisions, and resolution to issues.
• Document requirements, write extensive functional design documents, work with developers for the build, write test cases/scripts,facilitate testing cycles with business, perform support and knowledge transfer.
o Perform functional analysis for the requirements, perform impact analysis to provide detailed functional design document of the desired application changes
Work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Work closely with other project team members for any cross functional issues/tasks.
Minimum qualifications
• 10+ years of experience in implementing and customizing vendor software and/or building custom financial applications.
• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Application 11i , customizations and extensions.
• Strong functional and business domain knowledge of intercompany accounting concepts and processes
• Well versed in structured design and development methodologies to perform full life-cycle Oracle EBS implementation including fit/gap analysis, design specifications and implementation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong analytical skills and a demonstrable bias toward action.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and thrive in a rapidly changing business environment.
• Participation in several full system implementation life-cycles (analyze, design, build, test, implement, support).
• Ability to perform impact analysis, identify changes to business processes, perform testing, and effectively communicate with business.
• Ability to work independently as well as work with teams.
Preferred qualifications
• Participation in several full system implementation life-cycles (analyze, design, build, test, implement, support).
• Understanding of other Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Application modules
• Investigate system options, profile options, flex-fields, setups to provide functional expertise
Develop strategies for leveraging out-of-box functionality to develop and enhance existing intercompany solution
