Since its spin-off in September 2025 AUMOVIO continues the business of the former Continental group sector Automotive as an independent company. The technology and electronics company offers a wide-ranging portfolio that makes mobility safe, exciting, connected, and autonomous. This includes sensor solutions, displays, braking and comfort systems as well as comprehensive expertise in software, architecture platforms, and assistance systems for software-defined vehicles. The Intercompany Team Analyst is responsible to execute the receivables and payables ICO processes; ensuring to be reliable and complies withe Company´s policies and procedures, legal guidelines and tax requirements in timely manner.

Job Responsibilities

• Receivables and payables monthly processes.
• Cleaning and analysis in ICO customer/vendor accounts.
• Elites control.
• Expats billing.
• Collection and payments of loans and cash pool interests.
• Approval and support for ICO customer extension or creation via MDG.
• Generate ICO credit and debit notes (requested in K2).
• Posting of financial invoices without GR.
• Netting process.
• TX Matching tool process.
• Monthly Closing ICO confirmation in system (ICR).
• Aging reports to follow up with plants. Support to avoid old open invoices / GR.
• Calculation of the Forecast and Budget for ICO non-financial items.
• Equalization invoices control.
• R&D and SHS invoices control.

• Bachelor´s degree in Economics, Administration or Business.
• Professional experience at least 1-3 year at Accounting, Finance or Controlling area.
• Knowledge of Accounting.
• Advance skills in excel.
• SAP experience.
• Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work well with cross functional teams and work independently.
• Advanced English.
