Intercompany Analyst - Internship

We are looking for a detail-oriented Intercompany Analyst (Intern) to support our General Ledger Accounting team

Role Overview

This role is vital to managing increased activity and ensuring that our administrative workflows stay precise and efficient during this period of growth. The main responsibilities include:

• Sending and managing operational templates;
• Producing, updating, and archiving project documentation;
• Supporting the application, monitoring, and reconciliation of incoming payments;
• Coordinating with the payments team to ensure accurate and finalized accounting entries;
• Providing general support for administrative activities related to the project.

Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration

• Good knowledge of accounting principles

• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Knowledge of the Office package, in particular, Excel
• Excellent organizational skills
• Right first time mindset
• Aptitude for working in team
