What you’ll do.:
• You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop inspiring interaction concepts all the way to the final visual outcome. Expect a diverse range of projects, from interactive installations to experimental formats.
• You have a passion for well-structured, high-quality interface design and a clear understanding of what makes for great usability. Your focus is on creating and designing interactive experiences that evoke emotions – whether through aesthetics, motion, sound, animation, or innovative interaction principles.
• While keeping the client’s needs in mind, you will develop cutting-edge interactions and adapt your workflows and processes in an agile and practical way together with your interdisciplinary team members for each project.

What we value.:
• Skills. We are looking for experienced interaction designers who bring their passion for visual expression and creative technologies to ensure that users experience the desired engagement at every touchpoint. You have a strong commitment to a systematic design approach.
• Experience. You have hands-on experience in the creative field and seamlessly combine your technical expertise in UX/UI with a keen sense of design, concept, and communication.
• Software. You are proficient in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator, and ideally, you have experience with After Effects, Unity/Unreal for gaming, or Cinema 4D and Blender for 3D animations.
• Mindset. You stand by your ideas, convince with strong arguments and sensitivity, and are open to creative sparring. You thrive on new challenges, have a passion for design and digital trends, and love sharing that enthusiasm with your team!
