Our Interns Make a Difference 

Within the Dutch Aviation team, we are looking for an intern who is motivated to support our team in improving our Digital transformation & Strategy offering. In the highly dynamic environment we operate in, we want to stay ahead of the curve and support our clients with fresh and current insights. 

In this internship assignment you’ll work with an international team of aviation experts to develop insights in key trends and challenges in the field of digital, data and AI in the context of airports and airport operations. You will help generate market intelligence on our clients’ needs and investigate topics that are top of mind for airport executives. Through desk research, internal and external interviews, you will gain insight into novel approaches in (digital) airport operations and transformation. Your contributions will support publication of an article, which will allow us to start conversations with existing and new clients on the best way we can support them in their ambitions.

About You   

We’re looking for students who are:   

• Analytically strong and able to deliver practical results  

• Interested in the aviation sector and (digital) strategy development 

• Flexible in their thinking and way of working    

• Curious and want to broaden their understanding of the world    

• Excellent communicators, both written and verbally  

• Relationship builder with both client and peers 

• Pursuing a master’s degree, with excellent grades and relevant extracurricular activities 

• Proficient in both the Dutch and English language  

The Offer   

• An full-time immersive internship experience for 6.5 months (until mid-december), with supervision from our industry experts.  

• Preferred start date: June 1st 2026 

• The opportunity to collaborate with our team on meaningful projects  

• A brand-new office in central Utrecht, with opportunities for flexible / hybrid working   

• Mentoring and support by our Early Careers team and a dedicated supervisor(s)
