An intellectual property practice offers a broad platform and includes: assisting clients in evaluating Intellectual Property (IP) rights and advising clients in a wide range of business contexts. The Intellectual Property practice counsels clients on IP portfolio development, drafts and prosecutes patents, copyrights, and trademarks, and conducts IP audits. The transactional side of the intellectual property practice works with the corporate transactional group and assesses risks and opportunities associated with IP licensing, technology transfer, sponsored and collaborative research agreements, joint venture, strategic alliance, and similar matters. The intellectual property practice also works with the Litigation and Controversy Department in IP litigation matters at the trial and appellate levels.

We are seeking associates and senior associates to join the ranks of a national top law firm. The ideal candidate will have two to six years only of post-JD IP experience. The candidate must also have an Electrical Engineering or Computer Science degree.
