Main duties
Support the deployment and continuous improvement of the Integrity & Compliance (I&C) Program in Egypt, ensuring activities are aligned with global standards and local requirements.
Conduct compliance reviews, assist in risk assessments, and contribute to internal control evaluations under guidance from senior team members.
Provide day-to-day compliance support to business units and functional teams, including third-party due diligence, HCP/HCO engagement reviews, and data privacy implementation.
Assist in the localization and rollout of compliance policies, ensuring alignment with legal and regulatory frameworks, and act as a resource for compliant business practices.
Participate in regular monitoring activities and contribute to the preparation of reports for the Compliance Committee.
Support the management of speak-up channels and assist in preliminary reviews of reported concerns and follow-up actions.
Coordinate and deliver role-specific compliance training sessions, helping to promote awareness of corporate governance and ethical standards across the organization.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in in Law (preferred), Business, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree or compliance certification (e.g., CCEP, ETHICS, IFCA) preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Compliance and/or Legal, including at least 3 years in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Solid experience in conducting compliance monitoring and the investigation of compliance incidents
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and other relevant business tools.
Excellent command of the English language.
Ability to travel regionally and internationally for trainings and meetings.
