ABOUT THE ROLE

The Integration Specialist at Trustly plays a key role in guiding new and existing merchants through the integration process. This role is primarily focused on integrations within financial services and e-commerce. The Integration team ensures that merchants successfully integrate Trustly's API, enabling them to fully leverage our products and maximize the value. The team is based in Stockholm.

What you'll do:
• Manage multiple merchant integrations simultaneously, leading the technical discussions with stakeholders across various organizational levels
• Support merchants during the integration process - you will also be working with Trustly’s Partners, Payment Service Providers (PSP’s)
• Make sure that merchants have integrated our API correctly before they go live
• Support our commercial teams in technical discussions with our merchants
• Improve the API documentation, processes, and routines within the Integration team

Who you are:
• You have 3+ years of experience working in a technical role
• You are incredibly service-minded and customer-focused, with a great interest in and understanding of technology
• You are solution-driven with a strong analytical ability and resourceful when it comes to solving problems
• You have a basic understanding of computer networking, HTTP, and SQL
• Prior experience in programming, mobile app development, system integration, and/or online payments is considered a valuable asset
• You are a team player and comfortable working independently
• You are flexible, able to shift tasks and priorities as needed
