The Integration Manager is responsible for coordinating the technical infrastructure and system‑integration activities required to transition a constructed facility into a fully operational data centre. The role ensures that ICT infrastructure, critical systems, and cross‑discipline interfaces are delivered in a coordinated, compliant, and timely manner.
• Oversee delivery and integration of ICT and technical fit‑out works in line with approved designs and project plans.
• Coordinate interfaces across engineering, security, and supporting disciplines to enable seamless system integration.
• Validate technical installations against design requirements and readiness criteria.
• Support build‑readiness, commissioning preparation, and handover activities.
• Manage integration risks, issues, and dependencies, driving resolution across stakeholders.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, and suppliers, ensuring clear accountability and alignment.
• Support logistics planning, equipment delivery, staging, and sequencing activities.
• Provide regular status updates covering progress, risks, and key milestones.
• Support change control, programme coordination, and critical‑path management.
• Facilitate cross‑team collaboration and communication throughout delivery and commissioning phases.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in ELV systems integration, preferably in data center or critical infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of BMS, EPMS, and intelligent building systems.
• Proficient in open protocols (Modbus, BACnet), IP networking, and Windows server environments.
• Excellent project coordination, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
