The IT Integration Engineer is responsible for designing, developing and maintaining the services (API) and integration flows necessary for exchanging information between the various companies and third-party applications. Interacting with project managers, development teams, infrastructure teams, external partners and other internal stakeholders. Participating in the continuous improvement of the architecture and sharing the methods of use of the reference integration platform. The core responsibilities of the role include taking on and managing integration activities between the systems, and developing and maintaining APIs and Web Services

1.01 Responsible for requirements analysis, design, development, testing and deployment of services and integration flows requested by internal customers, using company tools, methodologies and standards

1.02 Provides active support and a high level of commitment and problem solving on complex integration issues, taking action to disseminate knowledge on the practices to be adopted within the development teams

1.03 Contributes to the development and evolution of the reference platform (Mulesoft) to be used to provide connectivity to company applications

1.04 Participates in periodic reviews of flows existing integration tools to improve security, performance and standardization

1.05 Provides support for the evolution and maintenance of existing services by demonstrating task prioritization capabilities

1.06 Participates in defect identification, problem resolution and optimization activities of performance

1.07 Carefully monitors industry trends and developments and passes on knowledge when relevant

1.08 Promotes the development of Role learning through proactive, team and digital activities, aimed at innovation and improving the effectiveness/efficiency of own Responsibilities

1.09 Promotes, adopts and develops the use of digital technologies within its function in relation to both process management and in relations with internal and external interlocutors involved in the business

1.10 Adopts significant behaviors and promotes operational/ cultural for Sustainable Development, understood as the interconnection of practices oriented towards the Care of the Environment, Business Processes and Organizational Community

Requirements:

• Familiarity with design patterns and best practices for application integration architecture;
• Knowledge of some of the main iPaaS and API Management market products (Mulesoft, Apigee, Boomi, ...);
• Knowledge of common system integration methods and technologies, including REST, SOAP, JSON, XML services;
• Knowledge of OAUTH, SAML2 authentication protocols;
• Knowledge of CI/CD systems and their integration into the software development lifecycle;
• Knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, Aurora) and SQL language;
• Knowledge of Python, Javascript programming languages.
• Master's degree in a technical field: computer science, computer engineering, or similar;
• Results-oriented and ability to manage priorities;
• Analytical thinking and creative spirit oriented towards innovative solutions;
• Ability to manage change with reactivity and flexibility;
• Good knowledge of the English language (B2).
