We’re looking for a detail-oriented Integration Developer to design and implement custom integrations between HubSpot and other business applications. The ideal candidate has solid hands-on experience with various API technologies (REST, SOAP/XML, GraphQL), understands authentication methods, and can deploy and maintain integrations in cloud environments.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting systems, solving data flow challenges, and optimizing marketing and CRM processes through automation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain custom integrations between HubSpot and external platforms using REST, SOAP/XML, or GraphQL APIs.

• Configure and extend HubSpot CRM — workflows, custom properties, webhooks, and native integrations.

• Implement secure authentication mechanisms (OAuth 2.0, API keys, bearer tokens, basic authentication).

• Develop middleware services or automation scripts using Python, Node.js, or PHP to synchronize data and manage API communication.

• Deploy, host, and maintain integrations on cloud platforms such as Cloudways, AWS, or DigitalOcean.

• Collaborate with marketing and development teams to define requirements and deliver scalable, reliable integration solutions.

• Troubleshoot integration issues, optimize data flows, and ensure system uptime and reliability.

• Document integration logic, API endpoints, and workflows for seamless internal reference and handover.

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in API integration or backend development.

• Strong understanding of API architectures and data formats (REST, SOAP/XML, GraphQL, JSON, CSV).

• Proven experience with HubSpot CRM — workflows, custom properties, webhooks, and native integrations.

• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript (Node.js), or PHP for integration and automation development.

• Practical knowledge of OAuth 2.0, API key-based authentication, and token management.

Experience using Postman or similar tools for API testing and debugging.

• Familiarity with cloud deployment environments (Cloudways, AWS, DigitalOcean).

• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail

• Experience with iPaaS tools (Make.com, Workato, Zapier).

• Familiarity with other CRMs such as Salesforce or Pipedrive.

• Knowledge of Git and CI/CD pipelines.

• Exposure to monitoring and logging tools (Datadog, Sentry, etc.).

• Basic understanding of SQL databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) for validation or migration tasks.
