As Integration Delivery Lead, you are highly skilled to lead a team that designs, implements, and manages enterprise-wide integration solutions. You as the ideal candidate has extensive experience in integration architecture, middleware technologies and API management with preference for expertise in TIBCO products. This role requires strong technical leadership, highly aware of integration strategies, and experience in modern cloud, microservices, and hybrid integration patterns. The integration delivery lead will ensure maximum effectiveness and quality of implementing IT integration solutions for NXP. As integration delivery lead, you are the link between NXP Business Processes and other IT Solutions and is able to influence business management regarding decisions on IT solutions. You act as demand manager towards the ESP’s regarding solution quality and capacity.
Your responsibilities
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, and IT leadership to ensure seamless system connectivity.
• Execute on the end-to-end integration strategy, roadmap, and best practices for the organization.
• Lead the team building scalable, secure, and high-performance integration solutions using TIBCO platform.
• Support the Architects to define automation solutions and validate its design and implementation.
• Execute and enforce governance policies, security standards, and best practices for integration.
• Lead the platform team migrating legacy integration solutions to cloud and containerized environments.
• Follow NXP principles and guidelines to implement desired IT solutions, within the boundary conditions of budget, timing, and architecture.
• Follow up on the development process and organize in collaboration with the development team proper acceptance test, roll-out and hand-over to operations activities.
• Work together with and guide our colleagues from NXP’s external service provider.
Your team
The AI and Data Platform Domain is primarily responsible for translating the business requirements into enterprise IT applications and implementing, maintaining, and supporting the applications. Furthermore, AI and Data Platform Domain has the responsibility to ensure alignment between the IT strategy and business strategy, and to ensure the alignment between information application architecture and business requirements.

The Integration team plays a central role within IT with many touchpoints to other solution teams, IT domains and business organizations.
You will be leading part of the team that offers IT services for business to business as well as for application to application integration. In this role you will report into Solution Manager Enterprise Data Integration, B2B & RPA in the AI and Data Platform Team, based in Eindhoven, the Netherlands.

Your profile
To be successful in this role you have:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in integration platforms, middleware, and API management.
• Strong experience with TIBCO products
• Expertise in SOA, event-driven architecture (EDA), and enterprise integration patterns (EIP)
(XML, JAVA, JMS, MQ, SOAP, C/C++, Web and Database Servers and ODBC).
• Proficiency in RESTful APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, XLST, XSD, and WSDL
• Hands-on experience with message brokers and ESB solutions.
• Knowledge of cloud integration platforms (AWS, Azure), Kubernetes, and containerization (Docker)
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, Git)
• Deep core competence in applying IT strategically to fundamentally change an enterprise and enable a company to achieve its strategic, tactical and operational goals
• Team player attitude and leadership that is open to ideas from others
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 10%.
Furthermore, you have:
• Certification in Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure DevOps)
• Knowledge and experience in the following Enterprise application areas:
o SAP, i2, TIBCO, GoAnywhere, Databricks, PLM systems, Salesforce.com, Model N, Workday, and other SaaS applications
o Manufacturing applications
o R&D applications
• Hands-on experience in Business Intelligence / Analytics
• Knowledge of Graph Data is a pre.
• Knowledge of iPaaS like Snaplogic or similar.
