If you are an Integration Consultant with a minimum of 5 years of experience, or a Treatment Coordinator, Orthodontic Assistant, or Office Manager with 5+ years of orthodontic experience, the following may interest you!
The Integration Consultant Role📌
Onboard new customers and create custom workflows tailored to the needs of each office
Train new clinicians and dental teams to use the DentalMonitoring suite of solutions
Nurture existing customers so they maximize the benefits of the DentalMonitoring Artificial Intelligence technology and dashboard
Build strong relationships with customers so they continue to use, endorse, and advocate for the DentalMonitoring brand and products
Act as a technical bridge between customers and the DentalMonitoring platform
Support and attend local trade shows
Collaborate and communicate with regional sales managers, customer success, inside sales, and sales representatives to ensure the best onboarding experience
Influence doctors and staff to adopt new protocols while addressing any hesitations about adopting disruptive technology
Travel up to 60% to train and support in-person office implementations ( Alaska, Washington, Oregon, and Idaho)
Serve as the regional lead for escalated implementation challenges with offices
Share best practices with fellow colleagues
Provide market surveillance insights to management and marketing teams
You will be successful in this role if🏅
Proven success with 5+ years of dental and orthodontic experience
Adaptable and eager to learn
