Integration Architect

As an Integration Architect, you will design, implement, and manage integration solutions that enable smooth communication and data flow across diverse systems and platforms. This role is critical in driving scalable, secure, and efficient solutions that align with organisational goals and support digital transformation.

Your Opportunity

• Integration Strategy Development• Design and implement integration architectures aligned with business objectives and technology strategies.
• Establish and maintain integration standards, guidelines, and best practices for consistency and efficiency.

• System Integration• Analyse existing systems to identify integration and optimisation opportunities.
• Lead the development and deployment of APIs, middleware, and data pipelines for seamless interoperability across on-premises and cloud environments.

• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to translate integration requirements into technical solutions.
• Work closely with developers, data engineers, and analysts to deliver integration projects successfully.

• Technology Evaluation & Implementation• Assess emerging technologies and recommend best-fit integration tools.
• Ensure architecture meets scalability, security, and compliance standards.

• Performance Optimisation & Troubleshooting• Monitor and optimise integration performance for high availability and reliability.
• Resolve integration issues promptly to minimise downtime and maintain business continuity.

• Documentation & Training• Develop comprehensive documentation, including architecture diagrams and technical specifications.
• Provide training and support to teams and end-users on integration processes and tools.

Your experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Integration Architect or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of integration platforms, middleware, and API management tools.
• Proficiency in programming languages (Java, Python, C#).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Oracle Integration Cloud, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience in technology sales
• Experience managing a geographical team

Preferred:

• Certifications (TOGAF, Azure, AWS Solutions Architect).
• Experience with microservices, containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of APIs, data integration, ETL processes, and data governance principles.
