• Response for the Inertial or Pressure sensor characterization tasks in the MEMS sensor development phase by co-work with global development team within a product project team.
• Review sensor performance requirements and feedback to System-Team
• Derivation of test specification (Flow-Chart) for characterization and qualification on product level
• Drive test readiness (HW, SW, Lab-availability, Evaluation-Toolchain, MSA, Master-Tracker etc.)
• Test data evaluation
• Root-cause analysis in case of sensor issues
• Preparation of I&T related customer communication
• Specification and execution of system integration tests
• Supporting set-up of production-related test procedures (e.g. final test and Ongoing Reliability Test)
• Define future test methodologies and align with stakeholders (e.g. metrology, data evaluation toolchain etc.)
• Master degree in MEMS sensor design or semiconductor development related field
• Fluent English in written and verbal
• 3 years or more experience as related role in a global development project is preferred
• Familiar with semiconductor technology and products (Fab, Assembly, Test)
• Familiar with MEMS technology and products (especially Gyro, Acceleration, Pressure)
• Programming skills in Python and/or Matlab
• Good problem-solving skills
• Knowledge in statistics and data aggregation (e.g.Tableau, Spotfire)
• Knowledge of MEMS sensor C&Q/Reliability tests, i.e. definition of KPIs, test profile design, typical issues during testing, cause-effect relationship etc.
• Understanding of the sensor communication protocols
• Good coordination, collaboration and communication skills (Incl. customer communication)
