Integrated Designer (with PoS experience)

Location: Warsaw, Poland (hybrid)

Employment: permanent (UoP)

About the role:

Working with our client in the alcoholic beverages industry, the Integrated Designer takes digital, print, social, and retail activation projects from brief through to completion. This role brings fresh creative ideas while working closely with the client’s brand guidelines and managing day‑to‑day project delivery within agreed timelines and budgets. The Designer sits within a wider team of 30+ creatives, designers, and project managers, collaborating across markets.

What you will be doing:

• Deliver high‑quality design concepts and final creative across digital, print, social, and retail activation.

• Produce PoS materials and in‑store activation assets from idea to execution.

• Create engaging content through ideation, adaptation, and reformatting of existing assets.

• Work closely with the wider team on multi‑market requests and brand‑consistent creative.

• Maintain strong quality control, accuracy, and consistency across all outputs.

• Work on branding, print collateral, and market‑specific adaptations.

• Stay informed on design, retail, and industry trends.

What you need to be great in this role:

• Strong PoS design experience (stands, displays, leaflets, catalogues, posters, table stands, in‑store activations).

• Ability to create 3D visualisations/renders of PoS projects (Blender or similar tools).

• Solid DTP skills - preparing production‑ready artwork, working with dielines, final art specs, and file delivery to production vendors.

• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Strong typography, layout, and attention to detail.

• Ability to explain creative thinking clearly to colleagues and stakeholders.

• Experience handling multiple projects for a high‑profile brand portfolio.

• Fluent in Polish and English.

• Experience in consumer packaged goods, ideally alcoholic beverages, is an advantage.

• Experience working across multiple brands.
